Bank account details

Bank name, telephone number, account number, and routing number – this information can typically be found on your check.

Carefully read the Final Review before clicking “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation notification once your enrollment is complete.

Payment Plan Details

Automatic Payments

Tuition is divided into equal monthly payments, automatically deducted from a designated checking or savings account on the 20th of each month.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will tuition payments be withdrawn from my bank account?

FACTS processes payments on the scheduled date; however, your financial institution determines the exact time of day the funds are withdrawn. We recommend checking with your bank to ensure sufficient funds are available before the payment date. If the scheduled date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.

How will I be notified about my payment details?

Once your tuition payment agreement is posted in the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation email or letter within approximately 10 days, outlining your payment schedule and amounts. Payments will continue until the balance is paid in full.

What happens if there are insufficient funds in my account?

If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, FACTS will charge a $30 Returned Payment Fee in addition to any penalties imposed by your bank or the school. FACTS will notify you via email or mail about the failed payment.

Reattempt Policy

If your payment was scheduled for the 5th of the month, a reattempt will be made on the 20th of the month.

If your payment was scheduled for the 20th of the month, a reattempt will be made on the 5th of the following month.
